Hye. Its been about 2-3 days, I have been listening to this song. Its a malay song by Dina ft Zizan (Raja Lawak). I wonder why, seems like I'm kind of attracted to the lyric and the melody. So here is the lyric and the video clip!

p/s : I want to be a young mother, yes.seriously. But I am so afraid when I'm thinking of death. I mean, I'm afraid that I can't raise my child, don't get to see him/her growing, the smiles, the tears and having the baby-mom affection, just like the character in the video :(

Short and simple entry.

One of my friend told me this,

someone who does not really close to me (I am sure we will),

"...and far more unexpected I'm very comfortable to be friend with u hahahaha I just dont know, trust you and you are good mate!!" 

I am not trying to show off or what,

but this is called as an appreciation,

so that we know,

there is people who like the way we are when some people keep hating us.

Plus, this appreciation will be as motivation for me to be a better person :)

kakyana! Birthday girl!

Hallu! This entry will be a birthday wish.

Its KakYana's birthday!

Let me introduce who is she...

She just finished her degree studies in accounting.

Yes. Future accountant :)

How do I know her?

We were stayed in the same college, same block, same level, 

and at last same room for one semester.

So, she was once my roommate.

We are roomates!

So when we shared the same room,

We were actually shared lots of things together.

We shared lappy charger, food, clothes, 

shawls, bags, her food rack and  exchanging stories.

Emmm I'm still remember how the Uncertainty Reduction Theory was actually applied to our  very first week together in the same room.

We don't really open with each other at first,

We just talk few things when are needed,

and you almost said that I am a pendiam

however,

as time goes on,

we are in good terms, then you know how 'crazy' I am.

You brought me with your Lagenda Z something I think?

errkk, I will comfirm it later, I'm not really know about motorcycles.

I put the trust on you by riding me to Hentian Kajang, Teras Jernang, Pasar malam, Warta and around UKM. :)

Hey we were even went to KL  for a day, together with public transport!

plus during puasa day ok!hahaha

When I talked, she will hear me.

When she talked, I am definetely hear her

as she has much more experiences than I am.

That's the reason why I love to ask for her opinion on certain things.

But when I cried, she's there! Watching me crying...oh malu nya.

When she cried, I don't know what to do,

 but I know, she is crying.

Well I am not  good in coaxing people. (tak reti.huhu)

When you are decided to sit in the same table with me during the last college dinner,

its sooooo soooo cool!

Never mind, we did enjoy ourselves that night kan?

Remember I was once felt in love with Penang,

so I will certainly go to Penang again,

jum kacau dodol!

Okay, let me explain..I know its not Hari Raya yet,

I am actually clearing and cleansing my 'old' folders,

and guess what??? I found lots of pictures, old one..

so I decided to just upload and post it...(saje suke2)

lets take a look two years back,

And that is the same reason why I use the word 'some'.

p/s : the 'ugly duck' is sweet and tasty, the 'white swan' is tasteless and 'tak masak',

I hope I am the 'ugly duck' as by making people happy with the 'sweetness', I'm pretty sure that I'll be appear as a 'white swan' in their 'eyes' 0_0

the road users------> cows!

This a picture taken in a car while heading to some places in Bangi :)

Suddenly, he have to slow down, emmm actually, stopped the car 

as to give way for the sake of the road user.heeee~

A group of cows are crossing the road.

He said, the one with tanduk is at the back as to protect the others. 

The one with tanduk is the leader, full of responsible 
and that shows the power it has.

And I said, even cows know how to protect and sayang their friends. :)

VEST as a trend?

Nah, while clearing my folder in one of my pendrive (well I have 4 pendrives.haha)

PEMAKAIAN VEST PELENGKAP PENAMPILAN

Dengan mengenakan vest sebagai sebenarnya banyak memberi impak kepada si pemakai. Bukan sahaja kelihatan kemas dan sesuai untuk pemakaian korporat, tetapi juga boleh digayakan secara kasual dan kelihatan ranggi. Selain itu, pemakaian vest juga berfungsi menambahbaik penampilan si pemakai dan melindungi kekurangan pada tubuh. Seperti kardigan, vest mampu melengkapkan penampilan sekaligus meningkatkan tahap keyakinan seseorang.

Vest di Perancis dikenali sebagai veste, orang Itali memanggilnya vesta manakala di Latin adalah vestis. Pada asalnya vest merujuk kepada pakaian tanpa lengan yang dipakai lelaki bersama kot dan diperkenalkan Raja England, King Charles 11 ketika era 80-an. Sungguhpun begitu, dunia fesyen mula melalui proses kreativiti dan inovasi dan seterusnya kini vest turut digayakan oleh para hawa.

Namun begitu, pemakaian vest akan lebih menarik jika divariasikan dengan padanan fabrik ataupun warna yang sesuai. Biasanya warna vest yang menjadi pilihan adalah warna semulajadi seperti hitam, coklat atau putih. Warna-warna ini warna dasar yang boleh dipadankan dengan warna lain. Garisan yang membentuk vest sebaiknya berbentuk V rendah atau U. Pilihan vest garisan V mampu memberi kesan merampingkan dan meyeimbangkan bentuk badan dan bentuk wajah. Vest juga berfungsi dalam memberi kesan berlapis, justeru menampakkan badan yang kurus sedikit berisi.

Selain itu juga, vest seeloknya digayakan bersama kemeja atau baju lengan panjang sama ada polos ataupun bercorak memandangkan vest adalah pakaian tidak berlengan. Terdapat pelbagai jenis fabrik vest di pasaran contohnya baldu, taffeta (kain sutera tipis berkilat tetapi agak keras), sequin (labuci) dan satin yang boleh menyerlahkan ciri feminine si pemakai. Bagi yang sukakan gaya ranggi, vest denim sesuai dikenakan dan secara tidak langsung menimbulkan kesan santai.

Tiada peraturan tertentu yang digariskan untuk memakai vest. Namun begitu, vest perlu bijak digayakan agar tidak kelihatan janggal serta mengganggu keselesaan si pemakai. Vest boleh dipadankan bersama blazer ataupun jaket. Si pemakai pastinya tampil dengan lebih bergaya, terkini dan yakin. Bagi penampilan korporat atau ke pejabat, vest juga sesuai digayakan dengan kemeja labuh.

An intro of MENTAL health :)

Ok. Today's lesson is about mental health. 

Did you know that everybody can have mental problem? 

yes you! you as a student, lecturer, housewife, basketballer, lorry driver, or even an an engineer!

I'm just came back from my very first class in this short semester- Mental Health.

It is an interesting class, the issues and the lecturer itself are really interesting! thumbs up*

Well, I hope I won't regret by taking this class and will bertahan till the end - the final exam!yeah! 

Ok,back to our business, ---> what is mental health?

According to my lecturer who was studied his Phd in University of Bristol, UK,

these are what mental health roughly all about,

mood disorder, maniac, unpredictable, depressed, phobia, tidaksiuman, and axienty.

Basically,having mental problem is not like we think - GILA aka giler or insane.Its not. If you are not GILA pun you can having this mental health problem.

There are six commom myth or MITOS about people with mental problem;

1. Orang sakit mental won't be normal

2. Orang sakit mental cannot be predict

3. Orang sakit mental are dangerous and violent

4. Orang sakit mental who lives in hospital will be worsen as he/she mingle with others who are sakit mental as well.

5. Psychiatry treatment will just damaged the brain as they will act as a robot.

6. If you can talk normally and are not lost your memory, you are normal?

I will add up the facts or FAKTA on these myth later ya!

So by now, please put aside our prejudis, stereotypes and stigmas on - that having mental health problem is totally negative thing and look down upon the patients as well as their family. Remember, we just might be having the mental problem as well! 

p/s : well, by writting this entry, I am actually revising what has been lectured last evening. Good Girl ceya! :)
